Mouthwashing joins Xbox Game Pass on October 29, 2026, following the announcement published by Xbox Wire on October 20. The current Xbox store listing confirms the October 29 release and shows PC, handheld and cloud support, alongside Xbox consoles.
Xbox Wire lists Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass for this arrival. The store also labels the game Handheld Optimised and Xbox Play Anywhere. Check the PC entitlement in your own account before downloading: the listed subscriptions and cloud options are not interchangeable installation licences.
For a Windows handheld, the PC listing is the relevant starting point for local play. For streaming, the store explicitly lists cloud access with Premium and Ultimate; Essential requires a game purchase to stream this title. Check your region and account availability before committing to either route.
Xbox describes its Handheld designation as an optimisation label. It is not a HandheldAtlas benchmark, and this announcement supplies no measured average FPS, power limit or device-specific graphics preset. We are therefore not assigning performance figures to Steam Deck OLED, ROG Ally, Legion Go or MSI Claw.
The game is Wrong Organ's first-person psychological horror story about a stranded space-freighter crew, published by CRITICAL REFLEX. This is the Xbox/Game Pass arrival, not the original PC launch, which was in 2024.
